The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Adult Drug Court solicitation offers grants to establish new drug courts or enhance existing drug court programs. Federally recognized Indian tribal governments are eligible for both categories. In fact, in FY 2018, nine (9) tribes were awarded grants! This webinar will overview the FY 2019 solicitation, including requirements of the grants, the tribal key components and NADCP Drug Court Standards, performance measures, and grant writing tips.
