OVW Tribal Governments Program Grantees not required to file a Grant Adjustment Notice 

This is to notify you that we are not requiring a Grant Adjustment Notice (GAN) to be cleared by your grant program manager for the 12^th National Indian Nations Conference, sponsored by the Office of Victims of Crime. The meeting is to be held December 9-11, 2010 in Palm Springs, CA (www.ovcinc.org). If you are funded with OVW Tribal Governments Program funds, you do not need to submit a GAN to be able to attend. I apologize for the lateness in getting this notice out.  Please keep a copy of this email in your grant file for auditing purposes. (Lorraine P. The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) has notified BJA Tribal grantees that they are also authorized to attend the 12th National Indian Nations Conference without the need for specific authorization by their BJA grant managers.
