Hello Tribal-State Collaboration Group,
I have an information request from a member of the list, who is wondering:
"Whether there are any jurisdictions where a judge has served as a tribal court judge and state court judge, and whether there are any ethical canons/judicial standards/other authority in state court that expressly permits this."
Please respond to the group.
Thanks,
Heather
