<b>Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) funding opportunity for Implementation Grants</b> was released March 6.  Under RCORP-Implementation,
<b>HRSA will make approximately 75 awards of up to $1 million each to networks and/or consortia to enhance substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), service delivery in high-risk rural communities.</b>  Over a three-year period of performance,
 RCORP-Implementation grant recipients will implement a set of core SUD/OUD prevention, treatment, and recovery activities that align with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS)
<a href="https://www.hhs.gov/opioids/sites/default/files/2018-09/opioid-fivepoint-strategy-20180917-508compliant.pdf">
Five-Point Strategy to Combat the Opioid Crisis</a>.  Grant recipients are strongly encouraged to leverage workforce recruitment and retention programs like the
