They are hosting a webinar to go over these changes. Find more information below. Note, these reporting requirements only apply to tribes that receive TCAP or IASAP funds. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='margin-top:0in'>As part of BJA’s approach to improve performance measurement of their programs, data analysts assess program accountability indicators for reliability and validity. The reliability of the data is determined by the quality of the information entered in the Performance Measurement Tool (PMT). The validity of the data is assessed by the instrument’s ability to measure what it reports (content validity). BJA examines whether the questions fully represent the theoretical construct (logic model) and are able to extract data representative of short and long-term outcome measurements. <br><br>Resulting from this assessment, a few minor changes will be made to the TCAP/IASAP measures collected in the PMT.
