Far infrared saunas are helping people feel better, recover from addictions, and get healthier. As you may know, drug residues in the body cause people to relapse. The residue stimulates the urge to use the drug(s) again. THC and other drugs are fat soluable, and the body stores these toxins in fat. Toxins like drug residues, heavy metals, pesticides, PCBs, and phthalates come out of the fatty later and right out in the sweat. Far infrared saunas with their lower temperature and penetrating heat are much more comfortable than traditional saunas. By clearing the body of drug residue at a deep level physically, we can help people to feel better and choose sobriety. Regular use of a far infrared sauna should be part of the recovery treatment plan for everyone.

Tribes should consider purchasing and promoting this kind of sauna to help people recover and get healthier. Traditional steam saunas are also useful, but they operate at much higher temperatures around 180 degrees F, and they do not offer the additional benefits of far infrared sauna. Vitamin B3, niacin, can increase the effectiveness of saunas to detoxify the body. It is recommended that persons regularly using saunas increase their daily intake of magnesium, potassium, and zinc because these will be released in sweat along with the toxins. Thank-you for your consideration.
