The Assistant Secretary of Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) released two briefs<https://cffutures.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=494a051b4995fd5f4d9052004&id=7c57654427&e=46a18b9f72>, which examine how substance use affects child welfare systems across the country. ASPE carried out a research study that included quantitative analysis and qualitative data collection. The research briefs describe the study's findings. Additional briefs are forthcoming throughout 2018.
