We have had several participants in both the Leech Lake-Cass County and Leech Lake-Itasca County Wellness Courts that have come through a second time. I can follow up with our coordinator to get exact language from our policies, if that would help.

Good Morning All,

I had a question about someone going through the HTWC for a second time. Is there anywhere stating that a participant cannot go through HTWC a second time?

Thank you,
