Subject: OJJDP FY 2015 Juvenile Drug Courts Addressing Systematic Barriers Program Applications DUE: June 2, 20915

Hello Everyone:

Just in case you have not already seen the recent solicitation for applications from juvenile drug courts it is attached below:

OJJDP FY 2015 Juvenile Drug Courts Addressing Systematic Barriers Program

Eligibility
Applicants are limited to states, state courts, local courts, units of local government, and Indian tribal governments acting directly or through agreement with other public or private entities. Applicants must have an operating juvenile drug court. Organizations that received an award under the FY 2014 Enhancements to Juvenile Drug Courts solicitation are not eligible to apply.

If a subunit of government (e.g. county probation department, district attorney’s office, or pretrial services agency) wishes to apply, the authorized representative of the state, state court, local court, or unit of local government must designate that specific applicant for purposes of applying for this grant. For example, the county executive may designate the county probation or county district attorney’s office as its representative for the purpose of applying for this grant. In such cases, the applicant must submit an authorization letter.

Deadline
Applicants must register with Grants.gov<http://Grants.gov> prior to submitting an application. OJP encourages applicants to register several weeks before the application submission deadline. In addition, OJP urges applicants to submit applications 72 hours prior to the application due date. All applications are due to be submitted and in receipt of a successful validation message in Grants.gov<http://Grants.gov> by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on June 2, 2015.
